Film - Gangster No. 1

Film - Gangster No. 1

I guess I am into English gangster films right now and I watched another last night. This one has a crazy torture / murder scene that has to be seen to be believed. Overall it's an ok film and worth checking out because you have not seen anything quite like it.

Plot
----
A middle-aged crime boss smugly reflects back from 1999, narrating the brutality which made him triumphant - and feared. As an unnamed young hood in Swinging 60's London, he aped his mod boss Freddie Mays, and seemed to do anything for him. But his narration exposes all-consuming envy: of Freddie's supremacy, and especially his tall bird. The baby shark develops his viciousness and backstabbing, scheming to be Gangster No. 1

Did you get that from my suggestion thread?

Paul Bettany was incredible in that movie, I loved it.

I watched "Touch of Evil" last night. Classic corruption/cop story. Great.

It's a great one, I'm kind of glad I saw the softer version.

I love Malcolm McLaren, even his voice is so evil - he's evil - the ultimate villain character - the ultimate life.

I want to be Malcolm McLaren.

And I can already guess WHO will come up with that one, I'm sure I'll win.
