yea could you? I need a reliable and loyal coder that wont steal my ideas for the website and wont try to overcharge me, im not stupid, and know how much time it would take and how much the average coder rate is hourly

You could probably get around $20-$25/hour if it's a small and easy job

I usually charge $50/hr but I usually don't work on projects that are "2 hours" because they end up taking 2 hours of coding and 5 hours of requirement gathering.
