Tube sites and 2257?

How do tube sites get around 2257? They often have the contents on their own server, and I'm sure they don't know who produced all the videos they have. Youporn etc...

Might seem a silly thought, but is it legal for them to have that content on their servers without 2257 docs?

Red Tube's trademark is registerd in Austria, so most likely their server is harder to find than binladin. 2257 is a US thing?

People/companies violate a host of regulatory laws on a daily basis and rarely get caught.
