wooo i love working out
i just started working out again a few days ago after many years of not. cardio is still a bitch while doing it, but when you're done you feel so satisfied :)
weights are good even during though, love the burn :) sweat pouring down your face is awesome :) |
agreed, and you feel so much better when you go to eat something after, and you wake up the next morning feeling healthier too
all around it is a good thing to do, you are always glad after when you can put things down and force yourself to go to the gym :thumbsup |

I have to remember to pace myself though because I can easily convince myself to do way more than I should be and make myself sick =( |

My fat ass has taken a MONTH off.. after doing a trainer 2-3 times per week... and then the gym another 3-4 days per week... for like a year and a half... and I feel like shit lately.. and am uber moody..
I start back tomorrow :) |
Hey, I just started working out again too! I think in terms of motivation, once you start feeling good you just want to keep doing it. And if you start slacking, you definitely start feeling shitty again and that alone is motivation enough to get off your butt and work out again.
One of my friends just started running in the past few months, and her motivation is to work up to running a marathon. She just ran her first 5k and is even more stoked about doing the next race. For me, flexibility is the big goal that I'm working toward. I just started doing yoga again, so my motivation is getting myself to stop feeling like a creaky old lady (at 25...). Also, sites like SparkPeople.com are awesome for motivation... |
