A group of ten Florida Keys teens were charged yesterday after the group allegedly made an amateur porno featuring a 16-year-old runaway girl, police said.

Police confiscated the video, which authorities say shows 19-year-old Derek Williams having sex with the 16-year-old while another man directs. Seven other teens were also charged with making child pornography for watching the taping and making comments about "making a porn," police said.

The digital age has merely brought typical teen behavior into public light.

The non techie conservatives show so much concern over cyber bullying, but this is just the new version of girls passing around hand written notes at school. Same exact things being said, different medium.

Now they have "sexting" instead of limiting it to the party with spin the bottle, strip poker or skinny dipping. Same things being shown, different medium.

Certain things which may otherwise be perfectly legal to do are illegally being captured on film. That is a paradox which will continue to grow into more of a dilemma for society with the explosion of digital camera ownership.

The choices will be to either start locking these kids up long term to send a message, treat their "productions" separately from commercial porn or simply continue to look the other way until forced to acknowledge only the major events such as the one in this story.

They may fuck, they just cant film that + they cant watch porn which I consider retarded and illogical.. they can freely fuck anyhow (since 15 or 14), just like in porn, but they cant record that ??
