site prices

hey there guys..
im here trying to figure out whats a good price range for some sites since im trying to help multiple friends sell their tgp/mpg network.. how much do you think is a good price for one site at 475k per day, another site at 295k per day and another one at 143k per day.. all sites are PR3 and been running for over 5yrs.. im not showing the sites until the sale if official.. I just want to have an idea so that we can sell them at a reasonable price not just give them away or over price them.. any suggestions will be appreciated..

...

I mean what sources. How much of seo/trades/bookmarks etc. This would be quite important for me If I were considering buying them.

Seriously... the question is about what kind of traffic does it have? Seems perfectly reasonable given he haven't provided any information other than they are a couple years old and have XXXK of traffic... what niche traffic, what kind of tgp? CJ? is there hardlinks?

Like seriously... before barking out at people asking innocent questions, why doesn't he give us something to think about and be more specific.

If anyone quotes prices based on this information, then they have to be full of shit. :2 cents:

these sites will not be sold on public or other webmaster will be sold to a private investor who we already know.. so we just want to help all of us and do it right now that the economy is really low world wide..

Many factors to consider in site sale.

Only one deals with revenue, and type of site. Normally a certain number of months income. Then SERPS, members, traffic, traffic source, domain, and other factors.

However, that said, in the end it comes down to what the other person is willing to pay, and you sell for.

I think revenue stats are needed to show the real value .
