Just watching "The Domino Principle" (1977) with Gene Hackman
 

Bought it today, as I am also a fan of Gene Hackman.

The plot looks promising:

Tucker is a chronic underachiever and a loser. A Vietnam war veteran who just can't seem to keep out of trouble, in the years since his discharge. The only thing he got out of the war was his skill with a rifle. Now, serving a long stretch in prison for murder, he has hit rock-bottom. But one day a man in a three-piece suit visits him in prison, a man he has never seen before, and informs him that he can walk out of prison a free man if he will shoot someone for them, no questions asked.

Have to say I didn't see this one.I'll keep this recommendation in mind,Gene is a hell of an actor

I had to go out yesterday before I finished it, so far I have a little bit mixed feelings


The plot is great, Gene plays one hell of an interesting character and he's really badass.

But I have a feeling this movie is suffering from a little bit unclear direction, what could have been an excellent adventure / action movie and has moments like that in it is slipping into a psychological drama and then back again, well let's see what the end brings.
