Same here. My server is with The Planet and they provide all Host Gator hosting so it looks like The Planet is fucked :(

Probably those hosting there. The thing is that no important stuff should be hosted on hostgator/dreamhost etc.

Are you saying the planet is also down? or just the reseller hostgator?

I have my own dedicated server with The Planet and it's down too. My server has nothing to do with Host Gator and I know The Planet provide Host Gator's servers, so my logic says that The Planet's servers are probably all down... although their own website still seems to be up :error

HostGator actually uses ThePlanet's infrastructure.
The problem is at ThePlanet (one of the biggest hosting providers in the world)
