It is not that. You are posting a job offer than requires work on a place full of people who need money but are allergic to working. They need to spend that time pretending they have cash, being a domain person, or whatever.

If i sell 2 of my sites which im hoping to do soon, i might have the time for it.
Its a lot of work, so you will need someone not shy of it.

That's not the problem, people are just fuckin lazy these days. We're flooding local newspapers and online job sites for like weeks now and either the guys/girls calling in are stupid as fuck or don't even speak our language fluent ... invited 3 of the "best" for a job interview - guess what - no further reply ... that's just wrong in so many ways ...
