What is it in real numbers? (knew this before, but I forgot)

10 Mbps?
100 Mbps?

In real numbers how much is it at once, and in a month at maximum usage?

1Mbps @ 100% Utilization in a single direction is around 320GB per month

10Mbps is about 3.2Tb per month. and 100Mbps is about 31.2Tb.

pornocruto is correct for very rough estimation purposes.

In reality, traffic isn't stable and you will have peaks and valleys so assume around 75% of that - e.g., if you are burning 2000 to 2400 gigs a month, you should be looking at a 10mbps capped / unmetered connection.
