PHP/Smarty Programmer
 

I have an older custom CMS that I need some tweaks done on. I can't get a hold of the original programmer, and since the new server move. Something is screwy.

Specifically:

CMS work/ed like this.

1. I update the main site with new content. That new content then feeds other sites. Some have a qualifier in the picture to distinguish what is going where. So the 'live' sites are just shells running off the main, not public or accessible, site.

You also need to know how to do this if sites are on different servers.

2. You need to be able to modify the title tags, and site/page structure to avoid the whammy.

3. Familiar with CRON jobs and how to set them up.

4. Database management.

5. No crying about how the other programmer before you sucks balls.

This is a short term solution I need ASAP. I have a new custom CMS I am working through for this summer. So this CMS will eventually be phased out, and a new one designed that better fits my growing needs. Including video, and more module based.

For this job, you will be needed intermittently. So, maybe busy as fuck one week, and two weeks later nada. All depending on what needs to be tweaked, and changed. Because of the nature of the work. I just need to know your workload, and hourly rate.

Obviously if you are booked for week(s) out, that is not going to work. I need you to be familiar with CMS, and can make changes as needed in a day or so. Good communication, and speaking English a must.

6. Also being able to work with CSS/html site skins is needed as well.
