100+ visits/day, $47 parking rev/mo domain for sale for cheap
 

I managed to find and register a nice traffic domain in beginning of April, Adult-Online.info. It has been doing very nicely in traffic and parking revenue, as shown below:

I haven't looked too much into it and where the traffic is coming from (unfortunately my parking co BigJumbo gives no host data), but I got it because it had Alexa rank and backlinks and wasn't a bad name.

Based on the avg so far of the 2 months, monthly revenue is $47 on this (and you can plainly see it did better in May than April). My price is 18 months revenue: $846, payable by ePass, PayPal (mass payment only), bank wire, or escrow through Escrow.com or Sedo.com. Given traffic has gone UP since I've gotten it, this is a more than reasonable price, and even if you're lazy and don't want to make a site for it, redirect it to a site you've made, park it on PR, slap a tube script on it, etc...there's a lot you can do to make more out of this name than I have.

Pretty expensive domain honestly hard to assume the domain will get 18 months of earnings with no research on traffic sources..

I'll listen to offers...I threw that out as an initial price, and given the traffic has actually risen since I've gotten it and it's done 1/9th the revenue of my asking price already based on the stats I provided, I didn't think it was that bad a price. I can say that the equivalent tube traffic I get on other domains are paying about 1/4th as much in parking, so this appears to be higher quality than tube traffic at least, but yea, honestly can't say I can figure out where the traffic's coming from. Maybe I'll switch to Sedo for a few days and find out.

If it were a type-in doing $47/mo, I'd be selling it for at least 3 years rev, probably at least 4 years rev...type-in trafficked generic domains almost always sell for several years revenue, and that's even based on what other resellers and investors vs. end users pay for such domains.

I just moved it a couple days ago...unfortunately I don't have SedoPro anymore which apparently was what allowed for seeing the top backlink referrers, but at least it shows origins:

Sedo pays shit per click...BigJumbo pays more but Sedo is generally good at getting decent CTR rate, so chances are BigJumbo CTR is about 20-30% with higher earnings per click.

Anyways, if no one's eager to buy this, I really don't care - I'm fine with holding onto it if needbe.
