I need a mentor
 

I need a mentor. I am not a total newb, but I am new, and I need some guidance and advice. I am working hard to advance my business, but I am not seeing the returns. My time is kind of limited, since I am a single father of 2 kids, a music producer, and an adult webmaster. I'm just looking for some one with a good heart and a willingness to help. Someone who is knowlegable about the industry, and someone who's had some success. I have a few bucks to invest, a good work ethic, and a desire to learn. Why would anyone help you? In a business like this 99% of other webmasters (your competition) want to see you fail. Those who do want to talk to you are either idiots or affiliate reps (or both).

My advice. Don't spend a dime except maybe if it's money you have earned posting on a board. How much money do you want to make a month? I think 1k a month can be made for 1-2 hours a day of work but it might be different for you.

Anyways good luck and keep your head up and keep working along.. in 2001 when I started it took me over a year to start making jack shit and then it just clicked.. read lots of threads and you will learn tricks to making money.. just don't spend all day here or instead of learning you will just be wasting time
