Etelegate still processing old Ibill rebills?
 

Yesterday I received an email from Etelegate saying a customer was disputing a transaction, I'm like WTF, I never used Etelegate to process anything. So I go to their site, figure out how to log in and in my account was all my old Ibill account numbers. As I looked further I noticed that just since January they had rebilled over $21,000 from old Ibill transactions.

Anyone else notice anything like this? I remember vaguely something about Etelegate taking over Ibill, so I'm not to excited about thinking I'm going to collect 20 grand, but how in the hell are they able to get away with this? Anyone ever get paid anything from Etelegate?

No, I used the 'lost password' link to get my login info. But once in I did recognize my old Ibill account numbers.

do those members still have access to your sites?

maybe you should simply put in your actual account information

Last payout we got from them was in December 2006. Good luck trying to collect.

Yes there is a lot of money being processed and it all says it was paid out but we have not received any of it since 2006. Our bank info is still in the CMI there.

This is a huge issue. I can only imagine how much guys like Quiet and Marc De are owed.

Same deal here. Etelegate's site shows that they've been rebilling approximately 600 of my former customers. Their phone number goes to an answering machine and tickets aren't answered.

I am amazed they've been blatantly getting away with this for so long, having affected so many people (both webmasters and former subscribers).

WTF? Aren't there any laws for this? Can the company just steal your money like that?

If they're still actively rebilling members and (a) those members don't have access to your site and (b) you're not receiving any of those funds then you need to get law enforcement involved. Seems a pretty clear cut case of fraud to me.
