SERP changes wtf :(
 

Hello, I just noticed one of my blogs which had around 1k daily SE traffic more or less just died.

Its not a super new blog but its around 3-5 months old. I ranked on high on a tube keyword which was around 800-900 daily uv and now I dont rank more on that keyword. All the other keywords I rank on is still in there.

It had about 1k-1,2k daily uv and now around 100-200 :(

So why do google remove my rankings for 1 keyword only? could this be a testing from google or?

I would like to hear from SEO gurus about this.

I havent made any changes except submitted a new sitemap when I found out the old one was corrupt.

But if thats the case..why does it only affect 1 inner site ranking?

Anyway I will just keep updating and hope google gives the traffic back soon ;)

Yea I guess they do, sadly I loose cash on it but hey...life is great in other ways ;)

ya, for some sites it was bad :) but for other it was great :) now I need to fill the shit out of them and make some serious cash

Don't panic, give it a few days. I lost 80% of my SE traffic on my best site the other day but it's more or less bounced back now. Another one has been dropped twice in the last two weeks for its main keyword but it's coming back. Just don't be tempted to change anything yet, G is still playing around with things.

Meh..nothing out of the norm. Newer sites (2-3 month old) generally get a burst of traffic from google for awhile before they fall in the serps.

A couple of weeks ago a site of mine that was getting 12k a day from google dropped out of the serps. Then came back again about a week later getting 12k a day just as it was before. I had changed nothing.

As ignorant as that sounds this person is correct. G is wacked I have 4 chuckys porn shacks two are built chuckys porn shack/chuckys porn shack1 . But G puts chuckys porn shack2 an unbuilt site as about #50 with keywords porn shack and who knows where the others are . And I was just giving an example I have much better sites in the works.

The less you tell Google he better.

yup i lost a big time search but some of my newer sites are being listed very high or #1 for searches so I'll take the trade off..

Just odd how I can hold the #1 spot for a search for nearly 6 years and now it drops to page 2 behind torrents and other non .com BS :disgust

it is sad to see the shift in the google serps over the last 6 months or so, it used to be hard for the surfer to find stolen porn, now it is hard for them not to find it.... google traffic used to be gold, now the average surfer that knows how to use google is a much worse ratio than before

Google is the WORST offender - worse than tube sites - i hope somebody sues their ass, they know exactly what they're doing when they provide surfers with links to pirated everything on the first page of search results. fuck them.
