Harry Potter out today?
 

Must be I went by the theatre on my way to the bank this morning at 9am, and people were lined up for the 1pm show.

Whats the deal with Harry Potter anyway, I havent still watched any of them.

People are sheep and go watch shitty movies because everyone else is.

I don't really understand why everyone HAS TO see the movie as soon as it comes out. That said, I like the movies and I love the books...they're really well thought out and fun.

I always say this. I hate a packed cinema. Noisy kids. Having to sit next to assholes. Having to sit behing the tallest person in the damn place. People behind you kicking your seat. Etc etc.

Give me a mostly empty cinema anyday... :pimp

saw it... disappointed in the ending. it's too bad they couldnt' have followed the book. Otherwise the movie leading up to it was entertaining enough

Everyone enjoys sitting in a hot musty theatre elbow-to-elbow to see it before their friends. Makes lots of sense, you're totally the envy of your friends if you're the first to see Harry Potter LOL </sarcasm>

HP is epic. Its a story that takes place in a modern world. Its got pation, love, action and moral. Its also mixed up with magic of middleages, that comes with dresses, speech, interiers and magic wounds. Sure its for kids mainly. But are you all so old and realistic and stopped being a kid somewhere inside?

I very stupid reason I'd say :2 cents:

My wife is crazy about the movie. I can watch it, because i'm not too picky about movies anyway, but i hate a packed cinema, or premiers or shit like that. Always some assholes shouting and doing shit like that, which totally ruins a movie, no matter how bad it was anyway.
I watch movies mostly at 2pm shows soon after they are about to be moved from the lineup, so i'm almost alone in there :)
