Commerce Gate SCAM.
Commerce Gate (cgbilling.com) does not provide ANY refund on transaction of xxxblackbook.com which is another big scam.
90% of the profiles are fake, emails are fake (bots), just trying to defraud the customer in upgrading/join. This is backed by their Merchant (Commerce Gate) which does not provide any refund. At first, they play you around by telling you to contact each other, then when you tell the merchant it's their fucking job to process and refund, and don't due to the TOS. I have never chargedback in my life, own paysites and provide refunds without any question and I will gladly tell Visa to Chargeback this transaction as well as their business methods. Some people in this industry need to steal to make a few bucks. How pathetic. |
so you signed up for a dating site and want to chargeback cause you werent happy?
|
And you're just now figuring out how adult online dating works?

Sept 2001 regdate and it's 2009 now. How is it possible you don't know how the internet works within that gap?
|
Because I never had to promote bullshit cam sites during my 10 years in this industry. I'm into quality paysites...
And sorry but AFF is not that shitty. Whoever process for an adult site should be able to refund a customer proving he has been frauded, period. |

Anyway, the remark was towards the Merchant & Refund. I can't believe they keep under the 1.5% Visa EU threshold. |
..and it didn't occur to you to contact CommerceGate directly because?
Do you think they sit on GFY 24/7 waiting to answer your support requests? |

you have a choice to agree to them, then you're bound by them. sure there's ways around them, but that's only if you want to BREAK the contract. so what you're saying is you want to BREAK your contract. am I understanding that right? |

First you said dating, now its cams? I can assure you that there have been plenty of paysites that do the same thing you're referring to and worse. If you've read gfy at all in the last year you'd know what I'm talking about. |
isn't that a loadedcash website?

So a surfer couldn't find a date. Sounds like a personal issue and not a billing issue. :1orglaugh |

Here's my TOS: When you purchase this product, you owe me your first unborn child. A little more seriously, lots of stores use in this 'TOS' hidden gems like - No refunds on item XYZ - Item must be returned in original packaging for a refund - Returns are levied a 10% 'restocking' fee. Depending on your jurisdiction, these often used 'Terms of Service' - are totally illegal. In Australia, for example, a merchant can demand all of the above, but none of the above are legally binding. Normally all it takes is a quick call to the consumer watchdog and everything gets resolved - but in no situation is it the fault of the processing bank,, :error:error |

some laws of a particular area will overrule what was decided upon as the law in a contract though. Laws are often in conflict with eachother, even government laws. If there is no overrulling law from a higher authority, whatever was agreed upon IS the law of that agreement. |

Look, I speak 2 languages linked to my region. To test the system, I used the non-english language to contact 50+ persons in the selected region, asking to reply in the non-english language if their profile was real. I did not leave any contact information or anything. It was clearly a test to see how many would respond a simple 'yes my profile is real - bye'. (profiles last visited under 48 hours) I received no real answers at all. No wonder, all the profiles are above-average looking girls. The 2-3 short replies received were in english, by bots with no relevance to my initial message. Add the 'you were added by blahblah' and the random daily bots messages even when you have no image in your profile. This is clearly a way to defraud people with a poor product. No wonder people are bashing me here, since most of you promote these scams. :warning Then you get have the Government trying to get into regulating the internet and the adult industry. This is only hurting all of us in the long term. :2 cents: |
Plus, loadedcash's TOS only mentions fees are not refundable upon membership termination.
The membership was active. Refund asked less than 1 hour after the join. So they are breaking their TOS by canceling your membership before telling you it's not refundable, after asking you to contact the other site, and vice-versa to save time and bore the customer down. Great business practices! Email to xxxblackbook: - We don't handle the processing, please contact Commerce Gate. Email to CommerceGate: - Please contact the site for such requests. Email back to Commerce Gate: You are the processor and processed my credit card, get a clue! Reply: Your membership is now canceled, and we can not refund upon membership termination. |

You didn't get a date, YOU acted like a bot, and you asked for a refund within one hour? For a guy who took 8 years to learn about online dating, you are not very patient are you? |
