how long does it usually take your support tickets to get attended too?

ztik 07-20-2009 07:15 PM

Dunno.. just message one of the techs on AIM and they reply right away

Or call them. Did the other night at 2am drunk cause I thought one of my servers were broke (but they weren't I was drunk) and the guy was friendly lol. He answered right away

this should be a long thread.. see sig

F-U-Jimmy 07-20-2009 07:27 PM

Averages about a hour to get an e-mail response. And the problem is usually fixed within a few hours....

you can always reach a tech 24x7 via live chat as well. I will contact you now and see that you are in touch with our support team.

digifan 07-20-2009 08:25 PM

They help and solve the case pretty fast. Just contact live support.

WiredGuy 07-20-2009 08:27 PM

Live support is probably the best way to resolve an issue, much faster than the ticket system.

ContentPimp 07-20-2009 11:32 PM

hop on livechat its the best!
they usually attend to my tickets very promptly, however getting mod_rails configured properly took them about 3 weeks, which is a bit sad...

Last time it took about 4 days for them to response when I used their ticket system. They have one more unhappy client who is looking for new hosting now.

smack 07-21-2009 04:27 AM

usually it doesn't take very long for them to respond.

for some reason my cpanel stopped sending me responses to my support tickets to my email. i thought they were ignoring me for over a week once, then i logged in to my cpanel only to find that not only had they responded, but the issue had been corrected. i just didn't know about it because i never an email notification. i felt like an ass.
