I also like:
Syntha 6 For when I'm bored with the other stuff... but the syntha's are a little high in calories for me to be messing with... but the premier stuff is so easy to get in.. in the morning... |

Also Salmonella scares everybody but it is found almost everywhere, and is just as likely, or more likely, to proliferate on cooked food kept in the fridge. Infection is normally no more than mild gastric symptoms... |

Too much fat, and not enough protein. |
Good for you PSSuperstars!
Excessive weight is the main health problem in this country and as your doctor probably already told you leads to just about every bad thing that can happen to you. I have never had any weight issues...but I've been a gym rat for the last 14 years. Here's my tip for the protein shake. Go to GNC and buy a big jug of whey protein powder. Isolate is the best. Get the vanilla flavor. Then stop off at the grocery store and grab a gallon of orange juice. I'm not fond of drinking milk because it makes my stomach feel too heavy. So I mix the vanilla flavored protein with orange juice and it comes out tasting like an orange julius. It tastes great, doesn't make you feel "heavy" and I also toss in a banana with it in the blender for added flavor and nutrients. |

If that is too much for you, your workouts aren't hard enough. |

Did you ever try exercise and eating a better diet before surgery?

Whey is great, but I still can't digest it fast enough, feel bloated. Magazines also want to please their advertisers when they compare different proteins, real world results are often somewhat different, this works better for me than any powder I ever bought :thumbsup |

Then spent about 17k on a personal trainer.. And let me tell ya, Im one FIT little fat girl... But that wouldve only lasted so long... I may have been able to run and deadlift and bike and spin.... But its killing my joints longterm... Now i have a " sleeve" that holds at most, ever, two cups of food... And thats two years from now with stretching... The good food choices i was making before will now be portion controlled and i will be full... And i am planning a half marathon in November.... |

And be realistic you may have ate a good amount of healthy food but you also ate a lot of shit, very few people get so fat they need surgery without eating a lot of shit. |

Still on liquids and mushies daily.. But feel great.. Cannot wait to get back to working out... Also want to get certified and do training and support groups and nutrition stuff for women/men who have had the surgery or are interested... |
