Need an expert to hit Inbox when sending emails (with a link)

I have an opt-in list I want to send to for legitimate purposes, but I had no idea hitting the inbox would be so difficult. Yahoo especially. I want to send about 10,000 mails a day - which is not a big amount. If anyone here is an expert in this field please contact me - myst23023 at gmail.com :thumbsup:thumbsup

icontact.com , but if you get compalints they will cancel your account so make sure your list is truly opt in.

if so, you wont have any problems.
