Was this the best Top Gear clip ever. Series finale, Aston V12 Vantage clip
 

This clip aired in the UK last Sunday evening.

Many have speculated it maybe the end of Top Gear, hence such a poignant clip.

But even if its not the end, it certainly has to be one of the best scenes they have ever put together.

Had a 08 V8 Vantage Roadster out for a day a few weeks ago.. If I wasn't such a soccer mom.... well..maybe some day I'll feel okay being selfish and buying a car just for me.

I dunno.

They offered such halfassed reviews of decent cars - and sucked so much Americock on some of it, it's like trying to review Michael Moore.

But the best? No. I don't think anything will ever top the Ford Fiesta test.

When I'm out taking pictures of cars like this I often wonder when they will become a thing of the past. Forced to park as new regulations take affect in an effort to save the planet.

Perhaps future generations will only get to see cars like this at special exhibitions and can only dream of the day when people could actually own and drive them on public roads. Of course man will continue to push the limit of speed and luxury on any vehicle made in the future but it will be a sad day when the cars of today become a thing of the past.
