Do ANY sponsors still offer free hosting? Why would you want to do that anyway? If you are looking for something cheap go with a shared plan, you can get them for like $3/month. Or if you used like say hostgator.com you could get your first month for $0.01 with coupon code CHEAPHOSTING.

I don't use hostgator, I go the dedicated route. I was just offering a suggestion since I didn't have any idea why someone would want to use free sponsor hosting.

Are you kidding? Every minute you spend promoting their sites and pushing traffic to their join pages makes it worthwhile, for the bandwidth they give you. Besides, it would be bandwidth that's wasted anyways...

Not to mention they own your ass on what and how you can promote their content, and then, if they don't like what your doing, they can turn you off in a heartbeat.

Now.. did you ask is it worth it for sponsors?
