Estate Agent Commission in UK
 
Does anyone have experience on what is the normal commission % paid to sell a house in the UK..

I have already paid for the HIPS.

Hey bro, i just spoke to my dad (he used to do developing and is a landlord here in the UK) He said that if you go sole agency (one estate agent marketing) you should be looking at between 1 - 1.25% if you go multi agency be prepared to pay upto 2 - 2.25%

Alot also have a minimum commission like say 2% or £2k which ever is greater.
