TheBestPorn.com launches New Reviews & Webmaster Admin
 

Hey everyone!

We have been busy here at The Best Porn working just like everyone else to grow and improve our site. We have come up with some pretty cool stuff, so please take a moment to check it out.

In order to provide enhanced information to our users as well as to improve the traffic to our affiliate partners, we have significantly upgraded our review structure. Read below for highlights.

Review 2.0 Details:

-Reviews will be more detailed, more time spent on the site, more detailed site specs, in-depth pros/cons, etc. Every site gets a full review. No more express reviews.

-Review sub-scores are phased out, new “Grades” section will put a letter grade to various site features. The grades have no impact on the overall score.

-New “Site Details” section include additional information about the web-site and content. This is like an extension of our site facts.

-Complete re-design of the review page and site facts. Much cleaner and more attractive presentation.

-When a site needs a re-review, a new editor will write a FRESH review and the previous review will no longer count (but still be accessible). No more patchy review updates!!

-Sites with a score of 85 or higher will get a guaranteed new review every 12 months max. EXTRA attention will be place toward top ranking sites, period.

-New nomination feature, allowing users to nominate the sites they'd like to see reviewed. When a site reaches a certain # of nominations, it gets flagged for review.

-Fast turn-around time. Our former review format had at least a 2 month waiting list. The new format should average about 2 weeks from request to release.

-Webmasters can now request reviews every 4 months (for sites 85 or above) or every 6 months (for sites below 85).

-Webmasters can communicate directly with the assigned reviewer before and after the review is completed from our new status thread. This is great to add notes to the reviewer, ask questions, or submit errors.

-At least 6 FULL reviews (version 2.0) launched per day.

-Former review format (express, official) will remain up for sites until a new review is completed.

New Webmaster Control Panel:

We have significantly expanded our webmaster admin area to allow affiliate programs to better manage and control their sites listed with us. Just some of the improvements include:

-We have re-built our webmaster control panel from the ground up. You can maintain your sites and it’s reviews like never before.

-New webmaster signup process! Your new webmaster profile allows full control of your sites at both TheBestPorn.com and PornUsers.com. Creating a profile is simple and quick. Adding a company is as easy and verifying your e-mail at any company site domain name.

-Member pass management is greatly improved! You can now submit up to 10 member passes for each site. This guarantees we always have a working member pass to complete reviews and update site facts on a regular basis.

-Webmasters may now control multiple companies from a single profile interface. Have multiple companies? Only want to manage specific sites from your company? You now have full control.

-Status reports on everything! Full status on all submissions (sites, reviews, site facts, etc) with a communication thread. Talk directly to the editor handling your submission from start to finish.

-New support tickets guarantee excellent service for any question or issue that arises. Quick response from our qualified staff and organized in your account for later viewing.

-Manage all webmasters in your company with permission levels. Invite other staff to help maintain your reviews, listings, and passes.

-Better preferences make controlling your e-mail notifications and auto-assignment of reviews.
