Why do they have to make this shit so difficult?

Ok, so I setup an account with RapidShare, so I can host my file. Here's a pic of what it looks like:

I can't seem to figure out how to get it from my pen cup to the RapidShare! I read all of their FAQs and tutorials, but it doesn't make any sense.

Can anyone help with this?

you need to use a nFTP client (Nail File Transfer Protocol )

And make sure your ISP supports FlapJacks.
