The story of Command & Conquer 4 takes place after the events of the critically acclaimed Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars™. The year is 2062 and humanity is at the brink of extinction. With only six years left until the mysterious crystalline structure Tiberium renders the earth entirely uninhabitable, the two opposing factions - Global Defense Initiative (GDI) and the Brotherhood of Nod - inevitably find themselves in desperation for the same cause: to stop Tiberium from extinguishing mankind. Used to be my favourite game back then.

I spent many hours on C&C....

Now just hope nobody turns it into a movie.

I loved c&c , I even still play the Iphone version.

The new ones are way more advanced than when red alert first came out. Way cooler, would be a shame see it all end.

I forget if I played Red Alert but I recall playing Dark Reign around that time - did it play similarly? I loooooved Dark Reign.

Not sure, never played it, but the originals were all in like 16bit, hehe. They were kickass, never imagined they would be what they are now... all HD and shit.

C&C redalert.. is the best pc game ever

Well they can still make new strategy game with new universe.

Red Alert was the best in the series. The last few games I never even got into.

I played the original C&C on my Pentium 133, then my smokin 233 MMX. After that I was hooked...
