Mature.nl uses vxsbill.com, i am not sure, but suppose they are happy with them.

webbilling is the way to go with EU non cc billing

The thing that separates Global Acces from the rest is the fact that they guarantee all the sales and pay every Monday for the previous week's sales. Most SMS/phone billers have a 60-90 day hold and will only pay you for the sales the carrier paid them on, so if you have chargebacks, you don't get anything. Global Acces pays you no matter what.
