any valuable info i should know before investing in hyips? (other then the obvious)

Yeah I guess if your the top guy.... everyone else will lose their cash and then sue you into oblivion.

Depend if you are lucky then you can earn money there.

RRRUUUUNNNN...used to be in finance and saw one client lose $1.1MM another lose $2.5MM and a third lose $600K (and they all got people involved) and not a single one ever paid out...us economy based on a zero balance at end of day- if you make a buck its gotta come from someone (unless your the fed) and you can bet it be from the ones running the program.

especially if the program is based on bank instruments ie MTM (medium term notes), BG's (bank guarantees), SKR (safe keeping receipts) or LC's ) letters ofcredit. Did you hear something like you can get 10% a month (some claim per week) because they leverage up you initial investment (usually using corporate bonds) adn you are actually trading 10-16 times what you actually put up...

Only way you will make $$ is if you start your own HYIP...

ofcourse someone will lose, its no secret its a ponzi scheme, but there are people who are making money.... i checked out some hyip monitor sites...they monitor this sites for paying etc (ex. www.goldpoll.com) some hyip sites are over 3 years old and paying...so i guess it is possible, just very risky.

And how do you those hyips which are listed as good don't paying monitors to post false data?

I don't know about other's specifically but goldpoll has reputation to keep...

You are asking advice about something and then defending it when people tell you its a scam and to avoid it?

Sounds like you have made up your own mind anyway.

I have never considered this but logic tells me that if you play with small money you will probably get paid out, (at least initially) as the cost of you talking about not being paid out would be that it deterred others from investing, and the business model would soon collapse.

Where scams normally catch people is that when faced with "EASY MONEY" people genrally get greedy.

However, of course only ever play with money you can afford to lose.

more money in running your own hyip.. back in the days of egold/stormpay i know people who made $xx,xxx every day from their own hyip.. you start off, and in like a week you have $300-500k in deposits, then you run.lol
