after that... I would just drive west and take 80... not 70. After the golden arches just go camping at every spot you have ever heard of and make sure to hit all hot springs... and bring a tent... and a girl, or guy. Do not stop till you hit the border of BC and you will have made a good trip ;)

If you're into historical stuff...like the revolutionary war, civil war etc.

Then be sure to save a couple of days for VA & PA.

I'm talking williamsburg, jamestown, petersburg, richmond, fredericksburg, chancellorsville battlefield......& then gettysburg in PA.

Then hit DC for the monument/white house tour/& museums.

The further North you get of VA/DC....the less preserved the battlefields & monuments IMO.

Or you can hit the "Blue Ridge Parkway" in VA & NC

If you love drugs/whores....there's only one city to hit, for easy access/with no problems.

Baltimore....when you check into a hotel down town, just jump in a cab & ask for "THE BLOCK". They will know exactly which block you're asking for.

It's a Red-Light district, full of every drug & all of the cities finest 18yo junkies sucking dick in any # of full service strip clubs.

Drugs are dealt in the open air, right in front of a police station....And if you show up around Noon (12pm), or 1am-2am...you can catch the finest 18-21 year old girls who have been kicked outta clubs for fighting...(black, white & spanish) dying for their next fix of whatever it is they do....without ever going into a club :)

Oh & there is a "cash only" well known (and fairly clean) hotel called "THE EXECUTIVE" for a $10 cab ride. With 24-7 free porn....

If you like nicer hotels, I suggest the Sheraton City Center. About $150 year round, with the best views of the most fucked up city on earth.

What part of the east coast are you thinking about going?. There are alot of scenic places in New England. The down side is its almost folliage season and finding places to stay could be difficult.
