AWIZ - is it a good way to go?

Hi, I have a paysite at the moment which is garrysgirls.com, it has been going for a couple of years which has been and is being a learning process. My admin etc was built by a local webdesigner and has flaws and ease of use problems.
I am thinking of buying one of the awiz packages after seeing one in use which impressed me, does anyone have any advice or suggestions, I know it may mean a website redesign? I need the site to start making more than pocket money.Thanks.

Garry

Hey. Awiz is a good system and lots around here use it. if you dont want to shell out a ton of cash its an easy fix until you can grow and now days growing is slow. So I think it would work well.

Talk with Czarina. Mail her at info at wedesig.net she is a designer and can do the system install for you or at least help get it up and then skin it etc.

AWIZ is terrible. Multiple pop up login boxes. Bad service.
Unfunctionality.

BTW, all aWIZ customers knows about this problem solving from the MAY 2009, simply because the message about it is right in their admin-panels:)

For all others who are not aWIZ customers but try to be "aWIZ experts": the problem with multiply-passwords was caused by changes the browsers rules in htaccess handling, and was solved in aWIZ 4 month ago. While babblers talks, we work. :winkwink:

AWIZ very good script for the small money

It cannot be compared with CARMA or with Elevated

I have used Awiz on one of my sites for a couple of years and it has served me well.
It is a good priced CMS and my experiences with support were always very good.
However, I am starting to find it's limitations and I am now moving to ElevatedX.

nice site :)

I've use aWIZ for one of my sites for several years. For the price it is an excellent program. I've always had good support. The program is stable and works like clockwork. I use several of their programs and am happy with them. No doubt a program like ElevatedX is a good one, but their price puts it out of reach to a lot of smaller operations.
Hard to beat the price of aWIZ.

man all i have to say is www.elevatedX.com instantly affected our retention, refunds AND CB's in a positive way and it's totally simple to use... if you're not use ing eX, you're losing big money in my experience.

Awiz definitely has the most bang for the buck. I use it to run 5 sites. In my opinion, if you don't have a ton of cash, this is the best solution to managing your sites with ease.

BNMedia 12-11-2009 02:01 PM

Sitedepth is good on a budget too. I find it a little more flexible than Awiz, but support with Awiz is much better. Guaranteed response within half an hour in my experiences.

I'm tinkering with Awiz and it works fine. I think it's a good place to start with a CMS.
