some basic programing skills per hour?

i am thinking i am paying the guys i work with too much per hour....

How much are you paying them?

$25 per hour...

but they are part time..

at least $35/hour

go pay a guy less, let him do 2 projects properly for a lower rate then disappear, then go back to your guy and beg him to do the same hour rate.

how does that sound?

$25/hr is not much at all... that's about the rate for a low-end designer around here...

i just thought with the economy i should check out what people were paying..
