Cross Sales on Revshare links, it's just not right.
 

I understand on PPS sites, but why would an affiliate network do that to someone promoting revshare?

PPS can be a 1 month thing so they try and bang the card (which is wrong, I know, but that's their business).

Revshare should be a lasting partnership between the affiliate and the webmaster, providing 50-50 earnings. In my opinion, the cross sale should be split with the revshare webmaster as well, or better yet, disable it all together!

Someone joining a mega adult site doesn't want a second mega site for full price after the trial period. Get real.

Sadly but true that there are sponsors who have xsells on revshare. Some of them remove it by request, some of them says "sorry it's impossible to remove them..", some of them just increases your payout percentage without removing the xsales


I was so happy to hear mastercard decided to clean the xsales, but lot's of time passed and seems like nothing happend in this field.

they have to make up those $100pps promos somehow
and with retentions in the crapper all the more pressing need to have 2-3 cross sells

I wonder what percentage of the surfers uncheck the cross sells or cancel them almost immediately?

there's a big number of great programs in absolutely any niche w/o x-sells at all

i'm not talking about whales (very often nice tours and shitty content), but those with amazing content and running ccbill

they aren't into phony marketing, just do their biz - bring hq niched content on their sites, but apparently nobody promotes them

have no idea why
