Romeo, who has bulked his chest to 20in, biceps to 6.5in and thighs to 8in, said: ?I?ve been training for two years and must be the world?s strongest midget.?

His gym sessions ? in kiddies? cartoon vest, shorts, and trainers ? draw crowds in Phagwara, northern India.

He earns a living from bodybuilding shows and dancing, with ambitions to make London?s West End.

Trainer Ranjeet Pal said: ?He?s much more determined than most.?

Parents Anil and Keshmala called him ?the family jewel?.
