I pulled in to the PUBLIC library the other day behind a douche with an anti-obama / socialism sticker on the back of his pick-up truck. After dropping off his books he sat and relaxed in the PUBLIC park, taking in the serene scene decorated by a fountain and statuary all paid for with city and state dollars.
