hi all

i have a new model 18yo, brunnete and really hot, who is ready to start in the adult biz, i've agreed to pay her $500 for explicit nude stuff and $300 for erotic stuff for 8 hours of work

i'm new and never tried to produce content but i have all the required equipment to start doing it, i just wonder if i can make some good profit from this by selling exclusive and non-exclusive and custom sets, how hard is this market? how about the payments, am i paying too much or not? :)

To get back $800 in selling content she would need to do some pretty naughty stuff. If you're just thinking about some solo girl stripping and playing with herself type stuff then you're on your way to losing $800 - enjoy the view that $800 gets you because you won't get much else for it.
Selling content is a hard business and the more successful people at it do hardcore stuff. The fact you haven't done this before tells me the quality of what you produce isn't going to be the best ever so you can't use that as a selling point. I would definitely try to find some buyers for your content BEFORE you shoot it - in case you can't get any buyers you have saved yourself $800. If you post some pics of the girl and say what she is willing to do you may get some people willing to order from you - and this will also give them the chance to tell you exactly what they want her doing.

i guess i got misunderstood... i'm only paying $500/8hours for explicit stuff.. close ups, spreading legs etc... OR $300/8hours for full nudes but more conservative stuff :P without spreading and close ups...

i read somewhere else that to make this profitable i need to produce at least 2 sets per hour, and i think i can make it... so for 8 hours of work i could make at least 15 sets, can't i recover those $500 or $300 from 15 sets of pictures???

i could also make my own paysite... although i know this will take some time and loads of work to start making some good profit...

The girl looks good. As for your own paysite is not so easy as you think. One very important factor you didn't mention is the cost. You need affiliates = NATS or something like that. You need more than one girl even in case of solo girl site she needs "friends".
One solo girl is boring.
You need promotion to get affiliates.
All these means money.
Better shoot your content and try to sell here in GFY before go to the next step

I wouldn't necessarily agree that a paysite with affiliates = NATS. I ran my sites using the built in CCBill affiliate program for many years (before moving on when the time / size of our program was right) and did fine. Such well known industry figures as Tushycash and Nubiles.net for example still use the CCBill Affiliate Program.
BUT . . . I would agree that if this is your first outing in shooting content then thinking about a paysite is REALLY jumping the gun. As kostas says, start by selling the content from this first shoot to "cut your teeth" - don't run before you can walk.

The girl looks OK and she almost has an Indian look about her so maybe that could be a slant you could use. It's a little taboo for Indian girls to do naughty stuff but taboo always sells well ;-) Having seen this girl you are thinking of using I would definitely be contacting a load of Indian girl websites and seeing if they need content (I know of a few in the UK that were always struggling to get Indian girls to do naughty stuff).

Give that a go and see how you get on. Niches are always a good thing to get into so if you can get a regular supply of these Indian looking girls you are well on your way to a successful venture.

Here is what I would do: Pay her $80 for a two hour nude content shoot, including spreading of the legs. Send the photo samples to all of the softcore nude sites...There are bunches out there, and when you post your samples to GFY you will get replies from them as well.

If you get interest, then shoot what what is requested, give the girl 60% of what they will pay for when you get the money!!!

If she is a hot ticket item then the money will flow, if not you are then only out $80.

In the market today you honestly would be batter off coming up with your own nice idea and working it that way, than selling. Thousands of girls have popped up willing to get naked.
