Geotargetted ads... I need them
 

I've got a mainstream client that runs many a successful mainstream site and one leading adult webcam site that has decided to burn money in adult. Long story short, I need geo-targetted ads that cover the following:

Adult Traffic: 'German Speaking, French Locale (living in France)'
