Probation & Webmastering - Input Needed
 

Hey everyone. I am looking for community input. I have a fellow webmaster who I am trying to talk into starting a few adult sites with affiliate content, etc like most people do. She is worried it will cause her problems with her probation officer. She lives in the US and porn is not outlawed in her state, and as long as she has the 2257 and doesn't be a fucking idiot she should be fine, right? Lemme know what you all think, and let me know of anyone from the US you know who has gotten in trouble for having an adult tube/blog, etc. he asked me to post in a forum for community input so she can decide... Thank you all in advance!

What is she on probation for?

ok forgeries, paraphernalia, agravvated burglary, credit card fraud is what she said, no sex offenses whatsoever

She needs to talk to her probation officer about her plans for the adult website. Being on probation has conditions and rules that she has to follow or she will be put back in jail. Just because it is legal for you, it may not be legal for her. Depending on her crimes, she might not be allowed to engage in the business.

Do your self a favor. Dont get involved.
