I am sure this a repost, but this kid rocks.. BB king "the thrill is gone"
https://youtube.com/watch?v=HHoO3JHnn3Q |
Quite the talent.he wil be famous one day
|
|
His singing was much better than his guitar playing, but his playing wasnt bad at all. Little too much wah pedal though.
|
I know I am going to catch shit for this but his VOICE reminds me of a you Michael Jackson
|
He's playing a Fender Squire? Jeez you think he could buck up for a Strat.
Kid has poor technique though.. Typical in a blues player.. They never incorporate the pinky. Plus he's playing in a pentatonic minor scale through a wah wah peddle. It's hard to sound bad. His bends often land out of key too. But he's 8. Plenty of time to work on his flaws. Duke |

wikipedia:
"A child prodigy is someone who at an early age masters one or more skills at an adult level.[1] One heuristic for classifying prodigies is: a prodigy is a child, typically younger than 15 years old, who is performing at the level of a highly trained adult in a very demanding field of endeavor." Rock or blues is not a demanding guitar endeavor nor does the kid have a mastery of it. If you want an example of someone who was a child guitar prodigy start googeling "Paco De Lucia". |
an amazing talent at such a young age. :)
he is going to be a monster talent if he sticks to playing. |
