Hi

I was thinking about delegating users support of our pay sites to someone. Is there any company who can do it? What is the best way to organize users support? Any experience?

Requirements:
- answers members e-mails during 10-15 minutes, after you have got the e-mail. 24 hours and 7 days.
- live chat
- experience in adult business and NATS.
