I have question for designers Help!

Just wondering my new design layout for mainstream site http://www.matchleads.com/
is on a widescreen platform but i am finding alot of people who are not on
wide screen monitor need to scroll either left/right up and down . I checked with atleast 10 people its all the same (the scrolling part) , so my question is , is there anything that can be done for this design, what can i ask my designer to do so the scroll doesnt appear on normal res monitors that are not on wide screen res ? Thanks alot for advice !

Make your page 1024 x 768 so everyone can see it. Done.

Tell your designer to get rid of that grey area on the left... that column should go. And yes, tell him to make the design fit either 1280x1024 or 1024x768

Over 90% of your audience will have 1024x768, so that's a safe bet.

correct thanks guys its actually being converted to 1280x1024 its not possible
to convert it to 1024x768 , or else the whole CSS + HTML will be garbage and the designer has to redo the whole thing over again . Thanks guys !

3 column table.
Column 1 and 3, 25% width.
Column 2, 1024px width.

Fixed-align the backgrounds
