New Model/webmaster, NEED ADVICE :-)
 

Hey guys! Quick intro, my name is Brianna Jordan...I am an Elite Centerfold with appearances starting in the import tuner/car world that has gone naughty, taking it off for Penthouse, Hustler, Playboy and MORE! Now making a special site devoted to loyal fans providing exclusive never seen before pics and videos, weekly LIVE cam shows, g/g, fetish and MORE! I pride myself in the personal attention I give to all my members...

Now, my problems...I need to create more traffic to the site and retain those customers once I have them sign up. My friend Jelena has told been so sweet and given a lot of advice but I hate to keep pestering her, lol! So any advice is GREATLY appreciated! xx

She mentioned TGPs? I am not sure where to find quality ones that will post my galleries and actually send me traffic...I am not sure how to upload my galleries there either...I think I need an FTP server? Are there other good ways to generate traffic and raise my Alexa ranking?

For retention, I do 3-4 updates per week, including galleries, videos, g/g stuff and feature other girls on my site as well as 2 LIVE web shows per week....1 for my members and one for advertising....I also give special attention to each one of my members. What else can I do? I have a group of loyal followers but then there are the ones that sign up and cancel same day just to get a month and no rebills. I recently started doing zip files per my friends reccomendation, but I am very worried that the content will be stolen and used by the wrong person.

Lastly, my affiliate program is stressing me out! Lol, I can't get the fucking thumbs to link to the damn pics! I think I am making it too complicated!

So, lol....any advice for the newbie? Need a better alexa ranking-at least in the top 80-100k, need way more traffic...have tried review sites and can't figure out the TGP thing and need better retention. affiliate help too? :helpme

Welcome! You're hot! So that's one thing that doesn't need fixing :)

In case you're getting some traffic, but you're not happy with conversions. I did notice that the home page is a little text heavy. You'd probably want a lot more images there showing off your talents. Yes still keep some text for seo, but definitely spice it up!

As for getting traffic if you're all setup already look into improving your affiliate program then get lots of affiliates from GFY to sign-up. Apparently that's possibly the major source of traffic other than SEO.

To build up traffic to your site, I suggest that you do content trades with other models that shares similar contents as you such as Jelena, Aria that you already do or with Shay Laren, Sunny Leone, etc... Just send them an e-mail or one to their webmaster and you should be able to get something done!

Submitting your site to paysite reviewers such as Rabbits Reviews or The Best Porn is also a good way. Another good way to build up traffic is to feature a toplist and sign up on other models toplists. Links trading and banners trading is also a good way to do it as well.

There are many quality TGPs that features centerfolds such as you. I do on my site Exquisite Angelz and have just signed up for your affiliate program, still awaiting for promotional tools access to be granted. Among other TGPs that are of quality, I can suggest you FreeOnes (contact Roald and he will able to help you out, he also posts on GFY) if you haven't already and Lemme Check, where you can easily be featured if you provide them your biography as well as contents unless they can be easily accessed then they will fetch them themselves. Zip files is a good idea to please your members as they can easily download your pictures and videos for their own and personal collection but unfortunately, it also help the leechers to sign up and download everything and then post them on various illegal sites. But if you find out where, usually, you can get them pull down after sending a DMCA either to the administrator or to the site's hosting provider.

I would suggest dropping the tables and easing up on the Java, should help you rank a little better in the search engines.

I suggest you add more images to your tour and a intro video with some sample content and a welcome message etc.

Also it feels like you have too many navigation links that could be a bit overwhelming to a surfer.

Lots of good info, I have shot with Aria and Jelena and a couple of others, so I have that covered and do trades with other models. Have gone to most of the review sites, rabbits, etc....need to find good TGP sites-not sure where...
