New PCs with Windows 7?
 

Anyone have any advance knowledge of what windows 7 computers will be coming out later this month? About time to upgrade my main system but would rather wait for a fresh 7 pre-load rather than having to upgrade an already outdated system 3 weeks after buying it!

they'll be out in the next few weeks. win 7 is released 10/21 so new machines will appear then.

Not that I've tried it or anything but I HEARD that it hasn't pissed me off too much yet... And I'm just using a borrowed pc while my macbook is in the shop.

i'm also waiting till systems come preloaded with windows 7. i'm due for an upgrade.

Oh, I love Windows 7, using the retail version on my current PC... just time to upgrade the PC and figured there might be a few tech-geeks who had a line on what the new systems will be like.

They will install Windows 7 on all new PC's so I can keep on eye on you.

Got a great deal on a new Laptop at bestBuy today. They are clearing house for the new Windows7 lines. The Geek working there told me they have about 50 new PC's and laptops in back ready to go out on release day, but they are wrapped in that thick "black Friday" plastic so they can't even see the specs yet.

I imagine pretty much all of them, and I'm sure a lot of systems with pre loads will be available retail, and even more by order.

I'm running Win 7 from an SSD drive and it rocks. It's good enough to keep me from having any wild ass ideas about buying a Mac.

I ran W7 for a few weeks, just to realize that Mac is more my style. So I moved my 2TB raid into my Mac pro, also moved the raid0 SSD boot drives and now I am a happy camper again.

I'll reserve the Windoze box for gaming.

got my win 7 ultimate edition via ups last week. been using RC version and it's a trooper. new pc's will shine with it on. great edition and updates on it. it'll be a winner for msft.

I heard that there is going to be a price drop in new laptop hardware to coincide with the windows 7 release

FUCK VISTA! FUCK WINDOWS7 AS A PC OS LABEL I SAY IT PROUDLY I SAY IT LOUDLY. Glad I went back to xp, made the downgrade couple weeks ago and loving every minute of it. I don't care if you put a gun to my head I'm never going back to that godam fucking garbage fuck it all. Fuck new PCs I'll buy all my own parts and put it all together myself if I need an upgrade and keep xp. Very important to keep XP motherfuck all this overhyped shit!!!!
