Phew that was a scare
 

My little dog got under the fence. Called for him and only the bigger dog came around the corner. Luckily the Rot next door started barkin and my bigger dog started barkin. Little shit dug a hole that was behind a bush, its now filled with 25lb rocks and recovered with dirt, but he was across the road that leads into our street. The neighbor girl was walkin her dog and mine was following along so she held him till I got across the road. Ran across the road in pj's and socks to grab him... Bad dog.. :Oh crap But good news he is safe and sound. And fence is all double checked. That was the only shallow area to the fence and must of got that way from all the rain we had the last few weeks.

Rots can snap anytime....

Rot is next door in his own fence, he isn't mine. I won't have a dog with a short jaw like that. If I can't easily hold a dogs mouth shut I have no interest in having it as a pet personally. I have friends with boxers though and rots and have no problem being around them myself. But the neighbors Rot seems like a fine dog, just not my thing.

It knows how to dig its way out now.
You may have to sink chicken wire underground connected to all of your fence.

Once my dog figured out it could dig its way out, well nothing else worked.
