Does Moniker have a contact here?

Had some domains transferred there from Sedo and am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to deal with them. They put me on hold for over 15 minutes yesterday then hung up. Are they known to be this bad?

Hey EscortBiz - I'm sorry if you've had a bad experience with Moniker however transferring out is not hard. You simply log into your account, request the name to be prepped for transfer out and the EPP code is emailed to the email address on file.
