I considered it, but the fact that they don't take care of affiliate payments kinda killed it for me.

From what I could tell when I checked them out, they just provide you with the info and a batch payment file for PayPal.

To me, that just looks like too much of a risk of support issues. One small mistake (eg a new affiliate giving the wrong paypal address), and you can have a PR nightmare on your hands.

If you're selling adult then paypal isn't really an option anyway is it?

I use ejunkie to manage the cart on my mainstream site. I accept paypal and google checkout with it. I could have bought a cart or wrote my own, but I really liked the ejunkie solution and the minimal cost to start trying it. I never tried any of their affiliate aspects.
