HELP!! I need software that will detect and delete duplicate image files!

I have a 500 gig hard drive and thou poor management it has duplicate files on it and it would take me days to search it and delete them manually.

Im looking for a no tecky ,simple way to detect and delete duplicate files and folders.

Please advise.

Duplicate as in bit-for-bit identical, or duplicate as in substantially similar in a way not perceivable to the viewer?
