Brutal godaddy discount

Hi. I found awesome godaddy discount coupon that cuts 30% of ANY PURCHASE.

That's damn cool. In past there were coupons that worked like this for 75$ or so PURCHASE.

But this works even for 10$ purchase.

get coupon here:

http://www.webmasterinter.net/2009/1...f-any-purchase

ENJOY

mikesinner 10-14-2009 10:38 AM

incorrect... doesn't cut 30% of bulk registrations, .info registrations, transfers,... or anything else with "special pricing"

Got any for a registrar that doesn't suck balls?

zabijaq 10-14-2009 04:11 PM

U-bob, I'm sorry it was quite inacurrate, bulk regs got different price range, .info is at it's lowest by default (to get expensive renewals).

As always, you're correct ;)

captain.g 10-14-2009 04:57 PM

Thanks! I just used it for some renews:thumbsup

pornpf69 10-14-2009 04:59 PM

30% is "Brutal"?!
you can get domains for $7.49 as a regular price on godaddy...

Did you ever heard about other TLDs or about expired domain name auction, ............?
Anyway, 7,49$ isn't regular price if you don't use coupon.

zabijaq 10-15-2009 11:39 AM

Anyway, godaddy also got onetime discounts

299BUYCOM coupon - 2,99$ + icann for .com

love99 coupon - 0,99$ + ICANN for any TLD

zabijaq 10-16-2009 12:43 PM

Another good coupon

goaz2001ai - 6,99$ + icann (7,17$ for .com regs & renewals).

0,5$ but makes difference for huge domain portfolio owners.

seeandsee 10-16-2009 12:51 PM

30% is nothing

zabijaq 10-16-2009 01:20 PM

SeeAndSee: And what do you expect? 99%? ;)

Playboy-Deak 10-16-2009 01:51 PM

Wait, is it me or has GoDaddy increased their prices over the years? :(

Yes they have slowly increased prices.

I try to maintain a price of $7.49 ( plus icann fee 18 cents) for Godaddy domains on www.A1DomainSales.com ( no coupon needed ) bookmark it :winkwink:

Maybe not the best price always but saves you having to look for discount and coupon codes.

zabijaq 10-17-2009 03:58 PM

CyberClaire :) commission junction? :D anywya, there's 6,99$ coupon for regs, renewals and transfers ;)

irbobo 10-17-2009 08:12 PM

i dont care if godaddy was giving freebie blowjobs away I still wouldnt deal with them

Crunked 10-17-2009 08:32 PM

Exactly.. if you follow the rules and don't fuck around with your registration of the domain (fake name, fake addresses, etc etc) then they leave you alone for the most part.. I have never had a single issue with GoDaddy since registering my first name 6 years ago. :2 cents:

zabijaq 10-18-2009 02:24 PM

Exactly, even stolen domains happens anywhere. There are problems with almost any registrar, but since Godaddy is No.1, more problems occur.

In past moniker was secure and got good support, but now it's somewhat aevrage reigstrar with same problems as godaddy and others has .

have you heard any specific examples of someone getting any problems from a "fake" name or address? How do you determine a name is "fake"?

Agent 488 10-18-2009 08:45 PM

brutal as conan on a bad day,.

zabijaq 10-19-2009 10:53 AM

HomerSimpson: Namecheap is fine but it's far from cheap. Especially renewals and if you don't find renewal coupon then you'll pay 10,8$. That's huge difference if you got big domain portfolio.

Godaddy got 6,99$+0,18$ Icann fee for REGISTRATIONS, RENEWALS and TRANFSERS.
http://www.webmasterinter.net/2009/1...ar-at-godaddy/

Also If you redirect domain at namecheap to adult domain, redirect might be blocked as you can see here: http://www.webmasterinter.net/2009/0...lt-webmasters/

Megan Essog 10-19-2009 01:27 PM

This is some great info! Thanks I'm going to check this out FOR SURE

zabijaq 10-20-2009 09:17 AM

ANyway, if anyone got some other great coupons, just submit ;)

The regular price for a .com is $9.69 at namecheap and 10.69 at godaddy.

If you have a big domain portfolio at namecheap they give you a "golddeal" coupon so you don't have to hunt for coupon codes anymore. That code gives you $8.81 new and renewal domains.

zabijaq 10-20-2009 10:06 AM

CYF: OK, bigger portfolio, let's say 200 domains ->
8,81$*200 = 1762$ - biggest deal for bigger players Namecheap get give you
7,19$*200 = 1438$ - Godaddy price, 350$ saved.

Main difference is that with Godaddy, you don't have to renew or reg big portfolio.
7,19$ works for ANYONE, you can get 1 domain for that price, not 200.

Also if you buy domain + same name with different TLDs you'll get huge discounts.

Namecheap felt asleep and can't wake up.
250$ for expired domain regain (80$ at Godaddy)
250$ price limit for domain market? WTF.
Namecheap can't work with special characters with names and while pushing domain to another account, they won't push whoisguard.

I don't say Godaddy is best, they got fair prices, their well known weak support is getting better each time I contact them.
Moniker is fine, Name.com is fine.

So why the fuck should I use namecheap?
