Never watched it before, and since there was nothing good on tv and “Law and order” was doing reruns I had t going on in background. So the question was “Which country is bordering in Arctic ocean”.

Well Greenland borders the Arctic Ocean, but it is not usually considered an independent country, although I see it is now being called a "constituent country" of the Kingdom of Denmark.
