Lightspeed's Tube Killer?
 

I remember some months back Steve said he was working on some new Lightspeed Tube Site killer that was going to launch soon.

I am not sure if he just retired from the boards again, or scrapped the idea. But anyone know what the great ideas was?

I haven't heard anything about it since he came back to gfy again. Haven't seen him post here in a while now tho.

I was just curious.

His name came up in conversation and last I had read, or heard, from him on any boards he was working on the new tube killer and arguing with gideongallery.

It's not ready yet. I've seen it kill a few small ones in Beta tho. What's neat is that affiliates make money from it and it is very web 2.0 friendly. I've said enough.

What's a tube "killer" anyway? Legit competition/idea ... or actually 'kill' a tube with some attack or something?

Something about a tube/paysite hybrid I think?

Legit competition is not going to kill them - maybe it will cost them some traffic, but that's it.
