PirateBay ordered to remove torrents
 

The Amsterdam court today ruled that The Pirate Bay must remove a list of copyrighted torrents from their website within three months. In addition they have to block Dutch users? access to parts of the site where copyrighted torrent can be downloaded. If not, the three ?operators? will have to pay penalties of 5,000 euros ($7,500) per person, per day.

I'm engaged in a vivid TNAFlix dispute with them right now, this piece of information might help to put some additional pressure on them.... They refuse to yield for now, but I feel they're nervous, not I understand why.

Some one just needs to file a lawsuite against the infamous offenders hosted in Netherlands such as TNAFlix and PureTNA. There's a good precedent against TPB now, and chances to prevail in court are very high. But without the actual case the law is useless - scambags feel secure just because they think there's no one to sue them in Netherlands. But I think they're wrong.
